Terms of service T.O.S

When you commission me, you agree to the terms described below. please read everything to avoid misuse.

PROCESS- You can request the commission through any network linked to the home page.-When you contact me I may send you my order form or I will take your order directly.- I will send you a SKETCH to verify if the illustration is to your liking, you can correct me little things (the maximum of changes is 4 if the maximum of changes is exceeded, they will have to be paid).-Major changes, such as in the pose or after the sketch to the artwork, has an additional cost.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS- Payment is in advance or half of the payment in advance and the other half when the commission is completed.- the only payment method is paypal. (unless you are from Peru we can coordinate the payment)-There are NO REFUNDS. The only exception is if the commission has not been started.

TIME:- I usually take 1-3 weeks, if it takes longer I will let you know.-I can advance the delivery time of an order for an additional cost (it can be for the same day).- if you need the commission for a specific date, make it clear when contacting me or in the order form.- Do not insist excessively and constantly, I am not able to work under pressure due to back problems.-Sometimes, commissions may be delayed because orders are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rules of personal use:-- Please always credit me if you upload the illustration to social networks.-- Don't edit, trace or modify my art.-- All my art is public unless otherwise indicated by the client.-- Don't remove the signature.-- If the character is very complex, the price may increase.-- Use of my art for IA, NFT or similar is prohibited.

Commercial use:By commercial use I mean my for-profit artwork for youtube videos, twitch, etc.-Commercial use has a different fee that needs to be clarified when contact me or in the order form.-I clarify that they should not claim to be the creator of the illustration.
